Loved the flavor. Just ate outta the bag but would be so good crumbled on top of a casserole.

Very crunchy and excellent taste. But it is a bit expensive for the amount you actually get.

These are delicious, so crispy, perfect amount for snacking, great flavors. However, they're really not very good for you. The oyster mushrooms are just a vehicle for the crispy breading, which is pretty high in saturated fat and sodium. I LOVE them, I just can't eat very much and they're not a healthy alternative to potato chips!

I love the taste & crunchy texture but , when I looked up Maltodextrin and silicon dioxide. Oh boy.My renal dietitian is trying to save my kidneys from getting in Trouble . She warns me of preservatives and usual additives. She wants me to cook with crock pot or instant pot to avoid additives. I won’t be ordering these again.

I Don't know if I'll buy these again... Alone they're weird tasting, And kind of oily; I would suggest crushing them in a salad or adding to stir fry.

I’m frankly surprised they’re allowed to use the phrase 100% whole mushrooms on the package. I guess they mean the mushrooms are physically whole. The snack tastes like what it is - a mix of two kinds of flour, some mushrooms, and a fair amount of oil (note the 9g of fat per 28g bag). It’s tasty but I definitely thought I was buying something way less like traditional snack.
