These shoes did not fit I tired to return and to my surprise I have to pay for shipping to send back. Not happy about this.

The right shoe has strings coming out and it looks like it’s poorly made I need a new piece so it can match the other one. It also came dirty from the sides

Absolutely not the color as in the photo, completely stiff, hard leather, and also the shoes arrived in a crushed condition. Returning them.

I purchased a pair in a sand suede size 8 and they where true to size and the suede was good in fact they looked just like the picture. I loved how comfortable they where and how cute and versatile. I order two more pairs because for the price it was a great deal. The second set arrived in a different color, a darker brown not what I had ordered. They where smaller in size and didn't fit so I gave them to a couple of friends and ordered another pair. The third pair arrived and it was worse. The color was better and so was the size but the material was awful I definitely wouldn't let it pass for suede. The whole shoe was a mess. The edges, the stitching - I Dont know what happened! So at first back in April it was a cute shoe but not anymore. Don't waste your money you will not be happy.1st photo - original shoes that I have worn a lot.2nd photo - supposed to be same color (I removed charms)Remaining photos - the last pair. Unfortunately, I am returning these. I thought about getting a size down (they run big), but I don't think that will help. The outside of the shoe is really cute, and I'd love to wear them. However, I'm sure I'd have blisters in no time. The inside of the shoe looks like it is half-finished. The material is a soft suede, which is folded over onto the inside and stitched. It's been cut with pinking shears, with the excess left to hang below the stitching. This scratches against your heel and the outside of your foot when you're walking. If they had just fixed this, these would be perfect. It would probably be ok with socks, but I wasn't planning to wear socks with these shoes.

I love everything about this shoe. Yesterday was the first day I wore them all day and they were comfortable, really comfortable! Because they are suede, I sprayed a water protectant on them, which I would suggest. In the first picture you can see on the toe that there is a dirt mark. I didn’t realize it till after I took the picture, I just took a soft cloth and all the scuffs on the shoe came off. I attribute that to the protector I put on it. I was worried about the inside of the shoe where the material is cut in a zigzag along the seam. I thought it might irritate and rub on my feet and it did not! I bought three more pairs today in different colors and a pair of the mules. It was true to size I wear a size 9 and they fit perfect.love the detail inside and out of this shoe. It’s just a beautiful shoe.
