It sounds good all the benefits, but I don't like the taste and feel even mixing it up with coconut water. Also I think its not worth the value of the cost. I stopped using it, so I'm not sure about the health benefits of this product anymore. I might try it again just because I don't want to waste it.

Best barley grass powder!
I was pleasantly surprised of the salveo barley grass powder. It can mixes with water，juice or milk reasonably well. But the best part is that I can just tell it is good for me. It's easier to go to WC after drinking it. I do recommend for people with digestive problem. Keep it to 2 a day and that seems to be working.

I disliked the charge for the amount of product I received. Other similar products are much more generous so I will not buy this brand again
