Works without any problems, looks good match the oven , easy to clean , simple programs .

I have only had this fitted 2 weeks and I have tried to have samsung exchange the microwave and they have refused saying condensation leakage is normal. The condensation is really bad on my cupboards leaking out of the door condensation gets into the sealed clock unit and in between the sealed glass. I cant see what is cooking due to steam covering glass. Worst built in microwave ever.

Arrived within the stated time and item was as described and well packed for protection and delivery was excellent.

It's a microwave, it looks stuff, however the door open button is temperamental and requires tapping in the lft corner to pop the door open...more of a design flaw than feature!

It does not warm up the food well with the thick plate. Too expensive but fit perfectly . Not easy to use

The box included previous return labels, and parts were marked. I've started a return, which also gets one star as UPS have marked it as attempted, which is not true.

Not used yet but quick delivery and good price.
