Color is great, but do NOT use the other materials.
The color of paint was correct. However, the product does not work as advertised. The blending solution is only a paint thinner. So when you blend it, it just pulls all the paint up that you’ve applied, essentially wasting your time and removing all the paint.Just use the brushes and the paint, the wax to use after is very cheap, its ok - nothing special.Get the original touchup pens from OME direct.

Not as easy as advertised
Please note: the problems I'm about to describe may be specific to the rather complex paint color I used. Ford's Z9 Blue Candy Metallic is a tricolor paint. Users with simpler paint colors may see better results.I had an 1-1/4" x 3/16" chip in my car right on top of a crease in the sheet metal--one of the body-length sharp creases that are popular on modern cars. The crack occurred during a dent repair. I cleaned up the edges and feathered them with a scratch pen. I watched the videos on the Paint2Fix website before beginning, and followed the supplied instructions to the best of my ability. At first, I laid down a thin layer of primer over the metal, but that didn't last after the first failed try. There are a few problems with this paint:- The different colors don't blend even after several minutes of shaking and manual stirring. You still send up with multicolored paint in the repair area, rather than one shade.- The paint goes on in a really "lumpy" fashion. My original plan was to lay down several very thin coats to slowly build up the repair area, but this paint doesn't do that at all. Rather, it adheres to the surface immediately as a droplet and resists all attempts to spread it. Put down another dab, now you have *two* distinct droplets connected to each other. Put down another, rinse and repeat. It didn't matter whether I used the supplied brushes or micro-tip brushes--it just wouldn't go on smooth. After several fresh starts, I ended up with a lumpy multicolored repair, which I wet-sanded smooth with 1000/1500/2000 grit. The bright spots in the photo show where I sanded too far in my quest for smoothness. The supplied Color Blender solution probably works fine for repairs on flattish surfaces, but it's difficult to use when the crack is on a bend in the metal. This is not the manufacturer's fault.I thought of thinning the paint and trying again, but the manufacturer doesn't indicate what type of paint this is. Mineral spirits doesn't touch it, so I'm guessing it's lacquer. I expect I will remove this and try again after mixing in some lacquer thinner. Now, it could be that I'm just unskilled at body work, but this product is explicitly aimed at unskilled people with the promise that the process will be easy and satisfactory. This is not the case, at least with paints like Ford Z9.

Didn't quite match
The kit was kinda useful. There were things in the kit I didn't need, and some things I wish I had, like sandpaper and polishing compound. I did watch some utube videos for a better understanding of how to fix the chip. It's such a tiny chip, about half of of pencil eraser size. But the COLOR is off! It's a bit darker than the original paint. Probably should have ordered from Ford directly.

Blending Solution leaked in package and was half empty. Could smell it before I opened package
Hopefully there is enough in bottle to do what I need to do.

Touch Up Paint for Ford - Agate Black UM = Garbage
I followed the instructions carefully, but the end result was a patchy mess. Plus, the tiny brush included was practically useless. Overall, a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone looking to touch up their Ford in Agate Black. Go to the dealership and get a touch up pen.Not worth the price

Product is great for scratches
Product is great for scratches and small chips. On larger areas you can see a minor color difference.

Great for small touch ups. Great colour match.
It was a great colour match. A little challenging to apply, needed a spray can as I had some larger areas to cover ie. Quarter panel.

Over and above expectations
I ordered the wrong color of touch up paint. When I contacted them asking to exchange for the correct color, I was told I did not need to return anything. They sent the correct color to me free of charge. They even paid for the shipping charges. The paint matched perfectly with my vehicle and I am very pleased. I would recommend this supplier any day. Thank you for going above and beyond. Much appreciated.
