There are a lot of things about this car seat that I absolutely love and there are some areas which need a little work. Our dog is very small and weighs less than 5#'s. This car seat was absolutely perfect for him. I purchased this car seat after almost being involved in an accident when he unexpectedly jumped into my lap while I was driving.I used this car seat all weekend and he loved it. He actually wanted to ride in it. There isn't a cushion at the bottom of it, so I placed a few small blankets in it for comfort and warmth. This car seat is very well made. The material is of good quality. I love the mesh material on the sides which made it easy for him to see me, breath and feel safe when he would lay down for a nap. Whether he was laying down, sitting up, or standing up in the car seat, he seems to feel secure. This car seat has enough room for two small blankets, my dog and a few of his toys. The collar leash is also great to have to train your dog to stay put and also to secure them in case of an accident.A few things that could be improved are the lack cushioning for the bottom of the car seat and the plastic railings on the sides. Both of these issues are easy to correct. I used two small blankets for the bottom and purchased two wooden sticks to replace the plastic brackets. The wooden sticks/brackets were only .75 each. This car seat works very well for me and my g-pup. This is a great price for this durable product. Now, im safe and secure while driving and so is our dog!

I really like this. I got this to keep my little puppy in the passenger seat when I take him places so he can’t climb all over me when I drive. The only thing I don’t like is that the adjustable straps are so easy to move. They slip so easy and don’t stay very tight. I found it easier to wrap the other strap around the back of the seat instead of going around the headrest. It felt a bit more secure that way.

When my 4 lbs puppy climbs on the sides, they just bend opening an exit point, which risks the puppy on falling out while being pulled back by the harness... scary thought here. The straps don't hold their place and after some dog activity they start to get lose (they are made of plastic and a nice target to chew for my puppy). The leash that connects to the harness is too long even when adjusted to the shortest length and the puppy will be able to exit. The straps holding the front side tangles on my puppy's neck when getting down and seating. Made of very weak material all around. I CAN'T DRIVE WITHOUT HOLDING MY PUPPY INSIDE OF THE BOOSTER, IS NOT SAFE.

It’s a nice, well made seat with a few problems.1: the harness clip is huge and plastic. It’s very hard to put on and take off a small harness, especially if your pet is wiggling. My dog is only 12 lbs so his harness ring is quite small making it nearly impossible to hook to or unhook from the ring. I’m probably going to replace it with a caribiner.2: the leash attaching the dog into the seat is too long even on the shortest setting. He can easily get out of the seat and becomes tangled. As I usually have him in the back seat, I have to pull over and let him loose. I’d have to do the same if I had him up front.

I needed an affordable dog car seat quickly and thought I had found one in this product. Flimsy is the most accurate description I can think of and it for sure isn't a description one would want when purchasing a dog seat for a car. It started when I went to install it in the car, the strap that hooks around the seat pulled at the front of the dog seat so that it started to fold into itself. I adjusted the straps to the outside and that seemed to help, until I then placed the dog into the seat and the seat continued to fold into itself. Poor dog kept looking at me cuz obviously he was not feeling secure. The dog seat kept moving and sliding and folding into itself.Don't be cheap like me.... spend a little more money and purchase something more secure and safe.

I feel like the measurements given for this were pretty generous. I thought this would be a tight fit for my pup but as soon as I opened it I knew there was no way.The largest side is just under 15 inches when I measure it. It lists up to 25 pound dogs but my 17 pound pupper is way too big. Also the photo of the corgi inside it is clearly photoshopped. My corgi is quite petite and she would be spilling out the sides sitting in it.I didn't use it since I will be returning it but the quality seemed to be as expected. It isn't very sturdy and is fairly basic but for the price it's what I would expect.

I bought this for my cat for our move that was nearly 24 hours worth of travel. She's over 20 years old and I didn't want her cramped in a standard carrier for the days it took us to get to our destination so I took a shot with this. It works perfectly. Her harness clipped right in to the security strap and she was able to move around and sit however she wanted all while being able to see anything outside. This will become my standard means of transporting her for any future vet visits or any time we need to travel.

This is great! My 10.8 lb. Cavapoo loves it. I was concerned that he would be too big to lay down in it but he has no problem. (See photos) I like that they supply you with restraint belts for your pet. I really like the dog bone decoration. Goes nicely with my grey interior. A great product for a great price.
