This puzzel is a mess! There are 27 duplicate and 32 missing pieces.They refunded me, but I'd rather have a quality product.

Challenging puzzle

I purchased this puzzle a short time ago. When I got it out to put together it was cut so crooked it is missing two corners. I have purchased a couple of puzzles from this company before and found the quality to be good. Tried to contact the company twice via their web site. Got no response. I am disappointed in the quality of the product and the lack of customer service.

I enjoyed this puzzle, but it has a lot of small detail and there was no poster. The picture on the box was very small. So, it took longer than it should have to complete.

Very nice puzzle at this price. Colorful with pieces that fit well. Disappointed because no poster was included (as advertised).

Good puzzle- edges are challenging. Work your way up to upper edge and down for lower edge.

We like 1000 piece puzzles for the size of the puzzle and the pieces and that they will provide a fair amount of challenge to complete. You know what I mean - you know that the piece goes there no matter which way you rotate it but it doesn't because there is another piece on the other side of the picture that when swapped fits exactly right. Or the one piece that doesn't go anywhere until it's the last one and you have to find and switch it for its mate to finish the puzzle.

I just finished putting this puzzle together, and it's missing x4 pieces (3 of them were end pieces that I thought for sure just had to be there someplace, but they weren't) and I had an extra sky piece that didn't even belong to this puzzle! very disappointed. this is what I would expect if I bought the puzzle at a yard sale, not when I buy it brand new.
