Great insulated tumbler that comes with a lid. Most ceramic mugs are not microwave safe. This glass mug is microwave safe and comes out of the microwave safe for you to handle with bare hands. It is dishwasher safe, but very easy to clean by hand. The rubber banding around the glass adds an additional level of safety when handling to prevent slipping and looks good too. I love that the mug does not flavor your drink and is a clean design. The lid fits snuggly on and is very easy to put on and take off. The rubber footing lies flat and sits well on desktops, tables, etc. The cup holds heat well, better then other ceramic mugs I have used.I have been using my initial mug for over two years and purchased a second for travel purposes. I love these mugs and will not hesitate to purchase again.

Easy to use, works great, it even microwaves good. I haven’t tried the dishwasher, and don’t intend to. Even though a lot of these claim to be dishwasher safe, or at the very least, top rack dishwasher safe, I have found that double walled containers are just better if I don’t try it.The only issue I have, is the sliding lid closure. The lid fits fine and has a fitted silicone seal, but the sliding closure that you drink from is not removable for cleaning. Steam gets inside it from hot beverages and it is not meant to be removable. I removed mine and just do without it, and it didn’t break when I removed it. But like other cups that have a sliding closure that is removable for cleaning, this one does not. Since I have other cups that don’t have closures, just a hole for sipping, it is not a big deal. It would be great if they would make it removable.

The glass tumbler works great for my hot coffee but there are some setbacks. The glass isn't that thick so the tumbler and lid are fragile. When I received the tumbler and removed the top foam packing, the lid was stuck to it. So the lid fell out and shattered. The tumbler and lid were not wrapped or taped together. Amazon did replace the tumbler and carefully unpacking it, the tumbler and lid were wrapped together. Seems like the first one I received was a return?The lid does fit snugly to the tumbler which creates a good seal (doesn't leak!) but this does make it difficult to remove. If you don't have a good grip on the lid when removing it, it can easily flip out of your hand and break where it lands. You also have to be careful when washing the lid and tumbler. They're slippery when using dish soap!The other setback is the silicone bottom cover. This protects the tumbler well when setting it down on any surface but this cover causes the tumbler to get stuck in both of my vehicle's cup holders. When I yank up the tumbler, the cover slips off. So now I use the tumbler sans the silicone bottom cover. I just try to be careful when I put my tumbler down so I don't crack the glass.Besides these setbacks, I do enjoy using my ecoBrew travel mug. Just wish it wasn't so fragile.

Received the glass and glass lid. Glass was intact. The lid was cracked at the mouthpiece. Unable to use. —Update: returned the broken one and received a replacement. I like the glass and its design. I am very intentional when handling the lid because it is delicate.

The mug is beautiful, but it does not keep contents hot In my case for a long time and unfortunately, it's very fragile. It fell against my sink Since edge and it broke.

Love it! I love the glass look for a coffee mug and the layer of glass insulation makes it look like tge coffee is suspended in air. Ha! Seems fairly light, stood up well to boiled water.Can't wait to take this in the next road trip!After a good two years with the 12oz mug I upgraded to the 16oz version and I'm impressed! The new lid is a major improvement as it's basically the same as you get on the Yeti and other mugs. The sleeve is thicker and feels more secure, plus the mug is larger without compromising portability. Looks classy too so all in all a great upgrade!

I gave this Coffee cup only two stars because it is not made with somewhat durable glass. I bought two of theses, one broke the first day I had it. I put it in the sink, it tipped over and broke instantly. A few weeks later, the exact same thing happened to the other one I bought.I understand glass is breakable, but these are very fragile. I have dropped my drinking glasses in the sink and on the counter, they never broke.If it weren't for this reason alone, I would have given it a 5 star review. They are nice looking glasses, I love the rubber gripper around the center of the glass as well as on the bottom. I purchased these so that we could heat up our coffee when we needed to, they worked perfect for that.These glasses are just too fragile.

Upgrading my previous review from 3 stars. It is a really nice cup that does everything the ad states; but there was a bit of a challenge with the alignment that made it challenging for me to use.Unexpectedly, the customer service team reached out to me to address the matter and offered to make me whole. They then let me know that they are in process of updating the design of the original features and will allow me the opportunity to try it. I am excited to see the new design, and I am well pleased with their commitment to service.
