Just got it, can't wait to start using it

I purchased this product because of the positive clinical trials that improved osteoporosis, but I’ll never find out if it will work for me, because I can’t get past the severe, debilitating migraines that lead into seizure activity. The package says to take 1-2 grams per tsp, so I started off with 1/2 a tsp and within 10 minutes I was hit hard with a severe hot flash that ballooned into a severe migraine that then turned into seizure activity. So I tried decreasing the dose to 1/4 tsp, but the processes above continued. I wanted to like this, but even at the lower dosage it has created a health issue instead of trying to alleviate a health issue. I took this less than a week.
