How I would design it
Keeps you firmly in the saddle and is very comfortable. Doesn't move around. Gives you cush in all the right places.

Passed the 2+ hour trail ride test!!
Pros: Very Cushy on the tushy, without too much loft. So I felt balanced sitting on this for more than 2 hours. I’m having issues with my sitz bones aching while riding. This saddle cushion was VERY comfortable the entire ride!! I hope it holds up through many, many rides. Fingers crossedCons: it was difficult to attach to my saddle and I almost thought it wasn’t going to fit. The fender elastic was almost too short in length to fit around my saddle fenders. But I got it on. I wish it had a horn elastic as well. So fit is not great. Wish it came in a variety of colors. Black is going to be hot for the summerFor me. This is a keeper!

Comfortable
For the price, its an ok pad. It is comfortable, but straps are a bit tight for the fit.The really only bad part was what it was shipped in......my good lord it was awful. Just used some sort of tape around the whole thing, put a label on it and called it good

Best cushion pad for a horse saddle
When I was younger, I used to be able to ride in a slick leather saddle but now here I am in my mid 30s and for some reason, my saddle is no longer comfortable. ordered this two weeks ago and I’ve used it every weekend and no longer hurt once. This has been a game changer and I enjoy riding again. Was very easy To put on my saddle, fit on my saddle 16in. Now, when I first put it on, it did kind of stick out, but it formed to my saddle very quickly after I was sitting in it did not move or shift in my saddle at all.

So comfortable!
I was skeptical at first but I rode in this today on a trail ride with a horse that loved to prance instead of walk. I cannot BELIEVE how comfortable this is! It really did provide great cushioning and stayed put so well! I recommend!

This allows me to ride comfortably for hours. Love it. I have an aussie saddle and was concerned about the fit but it's flexible and works very well.
