Worst product
We had purchased the item to keep hot water. Initially it was holing the hot water more than 12 hrs but after some time, it could not keep hot water even 6 hrs

Very poor dealing quality
Very poor quality of cap assembly- when you pour out the tea there is a leakage from around the spout - quite unsightly to see the leakage spoil your table cloth. Would not recommend this product

No manual and the liver to open the flow does function.Whole cap has to be opened to use it.
