What a great device to teach youngsters how to serve a ball ...
What a great device to teach youngsters how to serve a ball in tennis. Not only does it teach them how to connect on an overhand shot, but it is useful in teaching them how to pitch the ball upwards when initiating the serve. I had my six year old granddaughter try to hit the tethered tennis ball with a ball launched by her left hand. After a few tries, she was on target and eventually dislodged the tethered ball. Having practiced her overhand swing, she attempted to serve the ball. With little direction control, she managed to connect on 2 out of 6 tries. Not bad for a child her age! The Oncourt Offcourt pole is well made and should last for a long time.

Poor quality. Rip off
Velcro ripped off the the rope string on second hit to it ever. Poor quality. Rip off. Go to hardware store and make one yourself for less.

Tough to use
Tough to use, because with any wind or swaying that ball moves and that defeats the purpose. Honestly, i dont use it. And would gladly sell mine. Two stars because advertising for it was awesome and that suck me right it. So im rating that while being disappointed
