Not amazon or jabra's fault specifically as they did not mention you will get stereo when you connect/use your mic with it. But couple of people on reddit and elsewhere said you will, hence i bought it. Waste of my money because it changes to mono as soon as i start using my mic just like when you connect to your bluetooth in windows. I am using a bose 700 so i cant speak for the jabra headsets. So just incase you come across the same reddit posts about being able to use non jabra headsets and stay on stereo when using your mic, no you won't. At least for me. Wonder if it will be the same with the bose bluetooth dongle. I didn't know that existed until i bought this. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Après avoir perdu l'adaptateur USB de mon casque j'avais peur de devoir changer l'ensemble du matériel mais ce produit m'a sauvé. Pour un prix raisonnable j'ai pu facilement connecte rà nouveau mon casque à mon ordinateur portable. c'est parfait

Es ist zwar nicht ganz günstig, aber nur Jabra funktioniert bei meinem Dell-Laptop.

Deliberated long and hard about these having purchased the Jabra Elite 75t earbuds mostly for work use with Teams and Zoom etc. On their own the earbuds had intermittent poor sound quality (mic and speakers) which seemed quite random. The 370 USB has solved this and connection when taking buds out of charger box is almost instantaneous. NB YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO INSTAL THE JABRA DIRECT WINDOWS APP TO PAIR! However you can do this on one device and then insert USB dongle into another device if it's locked down for app installation e.g. I have a USB switch box for moving between NHS and personal laptop and I did the pairing while connected to personal laptop and can switch between devices without problems. Some nice features like mic on/off earbud switch is handy (left by default and works for zoom & Teams) and USB dongle LED is green/red for mic on/off. These additional features make the price more bearable but its still expensive when you've forked out not far of £100 for some earbuds you expected to work properly with Teams out of the box. That said it has made switching between 2 laptops real smooth! :-)

Using my Bluetooth earbuds for Teams calls was a pain, as trying to use mic forced the non stero connection, which was terrible quality.Was at searching for new headphones to fix problem when saw this.It's improved my connection massively (using my Samsung Galaxy buds live, just had to install Jabra direct on my personal laptop, linked and transfered to work laptop). On top of that the range doubled.The only negatives are the price (very expensive for what it is) and quality, while better still isn't perfect
