The Human Service Work Centipede
Elsby writes violent terrifying women, yes, everyone knows that. Everyone knows she does that and she does that better than anybody. But what Elsby does here in TDTIP, is she writes the violence of working in the service industry, restaurant specifically, in a way that makes it more horrifying than the insane crazy eventual body horror ending that it ends with. When I got to the ending with the centipede (you’ll see), I had to put the book down, shake my head, say to myself, “Classic, Charlene” and then go mourn this book for a few days.Charlene Elsby (PBUH) has reached GOAT status for me after this one.

Manipulation
I am at a loss on how to review this book. It was different than anything I have read. Reading about the corruption of so many souls was unnerving. There were many references as to how our bodies are connected to our souls. There were some squeamish parts that I had to breathe through. This book really made me think. This is one of those book that stick with you for awhile.

Writing is very good and easily readable. Looking forward to more from this author
I'm not positive I was the target audience for this one. It started out great, and then got a little different and lost me for a bit and then really hit the cylinders at the end. The writing is very good and easily readable. Looking forward to more from this author.
