Q: Will this work on round wheel type handle?

No, this tool is specifically shaped for oval or elongated handles. It will not fit on wheel shaped or round handles.

Q: Will this work for an outdoor water bibb that is behind the bushes?

This tool is for the oblong handle shutoffs that you would normally find behind a commode or under sink. It is highly unlikely that you would find this type of shutoff handle outside.

Q: will it work on a T handle? (not obround)

I can not say for sure because I do not have any "t" handles. However, from the shape of it, I feel pretty confident that it would work.

Q: How does this compare to the Gordon Wrench (can't find it anymore, a friend has one and I'm jealous)?

Hello, I regret, I've never seen a "Gordon wrench" so, I can't answer your question. FWIW this Superior Tool 03990 Water supply wrench has spent its entire career in my Plumbing specialty toolbox. Ie., never used it once! I'm retired as a PHVACR tech and I'd send you mine if I could.
