The product is fine once you have assembled it, but the instructions are seriously lacking in telling you how to do that. The instructions consist only of 3 diagrams with no wording (no doubt meant for a multi-lingual market).(1) It does not point out that the 2 arms (which superficially look the same) are different.(2) The front horizontal bar can only be put on one way up - I did it upside down the first time.(3) Perhaps most important, the seat is meant to slot in last. However, if you have tightened up the other parts first, it cannot be fitted in. It is essential to leave one of the 2 arms loose, then drop the seat in, tighten up the arm and finally screw the seat in.
