Very well made, should be bulletproof.
Very heavy duty heat sink to minimize any heat buildup. Three settings to change brightness, works well.

Very impressive build quality, works perfectly
This thing is built like a tank, even the packaging is impressive. installed and working silently (a worry sometimes with a step down transformer/bridge rectifier) and does not waver. Provides perfect power and does not heat up. Very nice unit for the price.

Awesome little supply for LED strips
Great little power supply. I had three full LED strings being powered by a 6A 24v power brick but it was getting uncomfortably hot. This power supply powers the same 3 strings without even getting warm. I plan to add a 4th string and have no worries about it being able to handle it. What is even better is I can easily mount it under my desk, unlike the power brick. I do wish it didn't use spring terminals for the mains connection. If it used a computer cable, that would be much nicer. The whole unit is potted which also points to a quality power supply.I was hoping I'd like the "soft start", but as others have said, the ramp up takes way too long. I am powering this from an outlet controlled by a wall switch. You have to wait almost 5 seconds to walk into a dark room which is annoying. So I turned that feature off but otherwise very happy.

Stable and Safe
Easy to set up and stays cool even after many hours of use. You'll need all your own wires and power cords.

Get the 400 watt version. Use ferrules to wire up.
The media could not be loaded. Impressively built 24v silent power supply for its price. However, the 150 watt version gets uncomfortably hot with a 120 watt FCOB led load after 15 minutes. 400 watt does not get hot with same load. Tool less wire connections need stripped to 8mm, and become hassle free when a ferrule is crimped on the end of the wire conductor. Dip switch 1 gives a five second fade up, which is a little long. Dip switch 2 gives a lovely candlelight effect with the FCOB lights.

Great 24v supply!
I'm using it as a 24vdc supply to power some led Aquarium lighting. Outside of the higher quality din mount brands, this is doing the job with no noise whatsoever. Decent price for the application, would buy again!

A great power supply for LED strips
I've got 24v LED strips across the top of my wall mounted TV to provide some bias lighting but I've been using just some spare 24v wall wart I had laying around plugged into a smart power strip. It worked just fine but obviously there's no adjustment and the wall wart gets rather warm. I got this to replace it, primarily because I didn't like the idea of the random power supply melting behind my entertainment center. This power supply from Joylit is pretty impressive. The body is nice thick aluminum and the internals are entirely potted in resin so even though the top of the body is perforated for air circulation, there's no exposed contacts inside in case something falls in. The connectors on either end have serious springs in them so the wires won't pull out. What I really appreciate though is the adjustment options. Being able to fine tune the brightness is great; I realized that my strips were just a little too bright so I was able to turn them down to about 75% and they put out a LOT less glare. I also turned on the "soft start" feature so that when I turn on the lights they slowly fade on. Looks really sharp.I kind of wish they would include a power cord. I had to go chop the end off a spare computer power cord and attach it so I could plug it into the wall. Didn't bother me much but some folks may not be keen on the DIY requirement.
