Efficient, great for 1440p, 16G VRAM, great temps and Build quality
Simplistic yet classy design, without the RGB crap, light weight, great temps, great for 1440p gaming, more or less about the same as 4070/3080 performance, 16G VRAM, very efficient. one of the best cards from AMD, and a great version from XFX. The 6800 is the 1080ti from AMD.

Great card, especially for someone who uses Linux and wants to get away from the "green" brand
I came from an RTX2080, and the brand associated with that card has terrible Linux support (and I was getting some weird bugs in Windows, too), especially after a recent driver update. That prompted me to look into AMD's offerings since as far as I'd heard, AMD has a perfect track record with Linux. I'm glad to see that this was in fact correct! It was as simple as swapping out the card, turning on my PC, and boom - good to go. You probably already have the Mesa packages installed from your distribution, but if not, you can easily install them or just simply use Flatpak apps which automatically installs Mesa for those apps. On the Windows side of things, I did have to install AMD's Adrenalin software, but it seems much nicer than GeForce Experience *and* didn't force me to create some account just to use it - major props to that. After a quick install of Adrenalin (you can install the drivers without it, if you want) just reboot, and you're good to go on the Windows side of things too. Games play excellent, and I can't say I've had a bad experience with any games as of far. Pretty much all of them play at Ultra/Extreme settings (however I will note I'm still on 1080p/60Hz screens, so take that with a grain of salt) with zero issues, even under Linux. My only gripe with this card is that I can't seem to find a way to change the "primary" monitor that the GPU considers. This means that during POST, my BIOS is displayed on the wrong monitor which wakes up a bit slower than my actual primary screen, so I have to remember to try to click the DEL/F12 button if I want to enter setup *before* it displays as usually by then its too late. Of course, in your actual operating system (Windows or Linux) you can just override the default display and its no problem once actually booted. So, regardless of whether you play games on Windows like most gamers out there, or if you're an adventurous gamer who is trying out Linux, then I would recommend this card. Great price, and great power instead of compromising on one side.

Off to a great start
The card performed solidly for me after an evening of use and I haven't optimized anything, yet. I am running it on a Linux system (Fedora 42, i9 CPU, 64GB DDR5 RAM, NVMe). I upgraded from an Intel Arc A770, but chose the AMD RX 7800XT after deciding not to stick with Intel. I played Cyberpunk 2077 on the highest settings on a 32" wide 1440p monitor and got a smooth 60fps, which is about what I expected (the A770 had to be set to medium graphic quality to get the same fps and stuttered). Other games yielded much higher frame rates on Ultra settings and had smoother performance. It seems very well-matched to 1440p, but not sure I would use it for more. I didn't check heat, but XFX's cooling system is beefy and one of the main reasons I chose this particular brand. I don't overclock, but feel confident this card can handle the extra heat. I live in the mountains and don't air condition my house in the summer. The fans are quiet. The downside is the card is huge - even larger than I expected. I have a large case and still had to rotate the card to clear it - the heat sink seems shaped for exactly that. People with small or even mid-sized towers will likely not be able to use this card. People coming from a smaller card might not consider it, but I used a support bracket to prevent the card from sagging I would easily choose XFX in the future.

Honest Review
Would I Recommend It? Yes, especially if your priority is gaming at 1440p, or gaming at 1080p with headroom. For the price you can often find the card, it offers a lot of value. Its strengths (low noise, solid thermals, strong mid-to-high performance) make it a great pick for many builds. That said, if your use case is leaning heavily into 4K, or you want something plug-and-play with zero tweaking, then a top-tier 4K card or something more premium might suit you better. If you like, I can compare the SWFT319 RX 6800 against some competing GPUs (e.g. RTX 4070, RX 7700 XT, etc.) to see where it stands, want me to do that for your setup?

Good card
Apart from rare crashes and having to reset the OC profile when it does, this card has given me tons of quality gaming time. Great value for money at its price range when purchased in 2023 and you can tune it to max output using AMD software. Would buy something like this again.

Great GPU for a great price
If you're in the market for a graphics card that delivers strong gaming performance without breaking the bank, the AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT is a compelling choice. Striking a balance between power and affordability, this GPU is a standout option for gamers seeking high frame rates and detailed visuals. The RX 6700 XT excels in delivering smooth gaming experiences across a wide range of titles. Equipped with 12GB of GDDR6 memory and built on AMD’s RDNA 2 architecture, it’s designed to handle modern games with ease. In practical terms, this translates to impressive frame rates at 1440p resolution, making it ideal for those who game at this popular resolution. I feel no need to upgrade while AMD is in the 7000 series and this should take me at least to the 8000 series before I will really see any need to upgrade. I do not struggle with fps performance on any game in my library and I am playing the most current titles on high settings. This particular model has never given me any issues and always plays nicely with driver updates.

Merc Edition: Really nice card, holds up well with higher graphics on intensive games, and seems to have solid cooling. Seller promptly delivered Starfield code upon after arrival, but on AMD's website it said the promotion was up to the end of September so you might want to clarify that with the seller beforehand. This card, however, is massive. The 32.59cm length advertised is incorrect, as shown in photo. Including the bracket, you are looking at around 35cm. You will need a big case for this. The seller was helpful and easy to deal with in their communication.
