Great product. Very sturdy and looks great installed. I love that it is not a tension rod style as those tend to slip. I like that it is screwed into the wall. The hardware is actually quite heavy and I'm confident that it will last for many years to come. Glad I spent a little more on this product over something cheaper, well worth the extra money.

The hardest part about installing this is making sure each bracket is hung at the same height. It is extremely sturdy and is not going to fall down unless I take it down. It is a beautiful gold color and really elevated the look of our bathroom.

This product is extremely well made everything fits perfect it's quality from time to bottom highly recommended this manufacturer has even gone so far it's not only include the Allen wrench but two spare screws in case you lose one it's not very often that you get quality like this anymore well done whoever designed it

No zinc, plastic or iron. It's built better than every other rod I looked at. Excellent brackets – almost all other brackets are zinc, plastic or non-stainless steel. These have a strong brass wall mount that the VERY THICK brackets screw on to. It's solid. The rod is chromed stainless, and decently thick.The 4-star rating is because it's not perfect. The mounting screws are mildly magnetic which probably means lower-quality stainless. The hex-head set-screws that hold the rod in the bracket are plated, but very magnetic, so probably not stainless. I used my own 1.5" mounting screws and anchors, rather than the 1.25" ones included. The rod is as strong as other upscale expandable designs, but could be stronger. If looking for a seriously strong ss rod, search for Bobrick classic series – (altho I returned one because I wanted chrome finish and didn't like the bracket design.)

Heavy gauge steel. Very nice finish. The mounts are very strong and then you screw on the stainless covers, they are internally threaded.Rarely am I impressed with anything these days. But this thing is made strong!The end result is something that ALMOST seems it would pass for a pull up bar. Ok that’s a little bit of exaggeration, but it does handle the huge pile of wet towels my teens toss on it.Great quality !
