Not good product. Its pure waste of money.Go for Vitamin B12 test. Take theses capsules for 2 months. Again take the test and the result is Zero. No change. Not recommended. XXX

Is it useful for reducing pigmentation?
This gonna be good ,As a vegetarian I have low B12 ,but this helped me a lot .

2.2 mcg cyanocobalamin B12 didn't help
My B12 supplement had only 2.2 mcg of cyanocobalamin, and I saw no benefits. Not only is the dosage too low, but cyanocobalamin is poorly absorbed. After switching to a higher dose of methylcobalamin, I finally felt the energy boost I needed. Don't waste your time with low-dose, synthetic forms of B12.
