This meal replacement mix tastes great. It keeps me full for a couple hours, but I do suddenly get hungry since it is just a drink. It does not have a strong coffee flavor, but it is not chalky at all and mostly tastes like a milky, vanilla-y coffee drink. I often blend it with cold brew and a banana for a stronger coffee flavor (and caffeine) and so that it is more filling, but I still enjoy it on its own with milk when I don't have other stuff on hand.

Very good!Here is my story. I have Type 1.5 Diabetes (similar to both type 2 and type 1). I was diagnosed a year ago. I started Mounjaro and it killed my appetite. I was not trying to lose weight but lost 25lbs. I do a lot of road cycling and general fitness. It was VERY hard for me to take in enough calories and macros to stay healthy. This started my journey into various protein supplements. I can't take milk based proteins and stay in the vegan proteins for the most part. This one is by far one of my favorites, its a little low on the macros (by scoop) but the taste and texture is great and what it is missing in protein and calories it makes up for in other food based nutrients.100% recommend!

I got these because I'm trying to lose weight and eat a bit healthier. I originally got a sampler pack of all the flavors from the manufacturer, and all of them have the weird sweetener taste. The one where it stood out the least was the tropical smoothie flavor, where you can convince yourself it's the weird overtone from mango, but this flavor was the blandest, and that struck me as a better pick for eating repeatedly. I mix in two teaspoons of Medaglia D'oro instant espresso, one teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder, and some salt. I found that if I didn't add salt I got a very strong salt craving from the sweetness. With all these mixins it tastes pretty okay, and it *is* pretty filling. It's easier not to snack after eating this than it would be with most other 160 calorie meals.So, yeah. Not perfect, but good enough, which is rare enough that I'm coming back to this one.

I am so impressed with this product by Venus Williams I would admit that I agree with people about the sweetener it is a little bit off I'm not sure if it's sugar because I can barely read the small print on the ingredients but everything else about this powder is excellent and I got $10 off with the coupon so it was $41 and it's a lot of powder and the flavor is good the texture is good when blended well with an ninja blender and some bananas and ice or whatever you choose to put in it and almond milk for me and I also bought the variety packs with all her other flavors and I just tried the strawberry and it is also very tasty so the taste and the healthy benefits of this drink is quite impressive I would recommend this

Pros:Blends well, the listed ingredients seem good and what you'd want from a preworkout, caffeine content is not crazy, adding additional ingredients is easy. I usually make it with half a cup of blueberries, fresh turmeric, 2 scoops greek yogurt, and oatmilk.Cons:I usually love coffee flavored stuff but this is a no go. I have tried other Viking flavors, and this is the worst I've tried.More concerning, this product occasionally makes me extremely tired when it kicks in, which usually happens with caffeine overload. It is supposed to do the opposite, and the listed caffeine content is not a concerning amount. Is the caffeine content on the package the correct amount? I'd be curious to see if it is actually much more than stated.

Well, she certainly came up with a great product. This flavor of this version is spectacular, and the Strawberry and Vanilla are pretty good, also, although the ability to add various fruits is limited due to the strong flavor of the powder. Bananas work well but other fruits don't seem to work well enough such that I wish Miz Williams would create a milder version that would lend itself to, say, the addition of pineapple, or blueberries, etc.

I'm neuordivergent and particular with flavors and textures especially with protein shakes; this one is incredible. It tastes just like a slightly sweetened iced coffee and isnt gritty. I shake it with ice and unsweetened almond milk. I wouldn't recommend it with water. I tried that when I was in a rush one morning and it wasn't nearly as good or as creamy. I also feel more energized when I drink it.
