Short tales,many very well known, each with a useful moral lesson at the end, about the importance of friendship, loyalty, etc.. Our 4yr old grandson loves them as bedtime stories.

If you’re a parent buying these books for your toddler or young child’s reading: DON’T! Very graphic and honestly shocking stories with violent end (plus matching illustrations!). Not suitable for kids! Especially “The Golden Egg”. Shocking!
