I’m a 60 year old man and new to Shilajit. I go to the gym and lift weights 3-4 days per week. The muscle gains that I used to get are long gone. This does work. My husband is 71 and was losing his libido.. since using this product he is waking up like he was young again.. When he gets up to go to the restroom he hollers to me that he has morning wood.. I hope I don't get in trouble for saying that but I think it's important for men. My husband is always trying things that claim to boost libido.. it's funny we bought this for health looking for something to give us energy and make us feel better... Although this did claim to help libido we really didn't expect it to do much on that aspect.. We don't use water or put it in anything.. we take it with our coffee straight from the sticks that come with it.. We found if we take it with coffee the coffee helps clear the taste much faster and better than anything else we have tried... We will be purchasing more.. Oh and my libido is starting to do better as well... But I had not been taking it as much as he does... I will now that I know I can get my libido back too!

I expect shilajit to taste very bitter and I'm used to it. This stuff is nasty tasting. I'm guessing it's due to their "4 in 1herbal complex". I'm sure it adds some benefits. Just a heads up that it's not the normal taste. It's bitter and sour.

It comes in nice box. The product itself is quite good. it come with as set of 3 serving sticks (3g and 6g). Mixed in cold water is tough because its a resin product, much like a paste. I have noticed it way easier to dissolve in warm or hot water. ONce disolved i drink it like coffee. It is not bad tasking . i have noticed is sleep better and have more energy during the day. I hope it is doing more than just that.
