Only when you stop taking these, or miss a couple of days do you realise the value of taking vitamins. Hood value for money and easy to take.

Can’t highly recommend these , I was told about them from our nurse neighbour, and they really do work, and a good price, and if you just want the one thing, you can have it delivered to you the next day, it goes through the letterbox

I recommend this product..Vitamin B12 works wonders. I can feel the effects, and the high dose makes a noticeable difference. The only challenge is remembering to take it regularly, but aside from that, it’s definitely worth it.
