Kana Parchment Paper Baking Circles - 100 Pre-cut Rounds 10 inch_Ideal for Baking Cakes, Pastries & Cheesecakes - Suitable for tortilla Press

Am I ever sorry I waited so long to buy these! Holy crow - these KANA Parchment Baking Circles are GREAT! I purchased the 8" and 9" - Cut perfectly - good up to 425 degrees - - they work exactly as they should - nice weight and bonus - they come in a nice medium weight storage envelope! Customer service has been excellent - I really can't ask for more out of a company at all. I will definitely buy them again!

I use these for making large gluten free wraps. I squish the dough with an 8" tortilla press, then use a roller to make the wrap larger to fit the parchment-round. I leave one side of parchment-round on the wrap and place it dough side down into a hot pan with a bit of oil in it. The parchment lets go of the dough as I peel it off slowly. I throw away the peeled round if it isn't still in condition to use again. Since these are large, I can only cook one at a time; meanwhile I re-use the parchment for the next wrap. I usually use a parchment round to separate the cooked wraps while they stay warm in the oven.

While these are most definitely high-quality parchment rounds, packaged nicely in a zippered bag for easy storage, they were a wee bit too big for my 9" springform pans from Crate & Barrel. I have two springform pans, and the baking circles were too big for both, even though the pan is clearly marked as (and measures) 9" in diameter. The next-to-last bullet int the description says "Say goodbye to oversized circles, trimming, and cutting to fit the circles into your baking pan", but I did indeed find myself trimming. The search continues...

These are NOT for air fryers. These burn up and could cause a fire.

These pre-cut parchment papers work great with my springform pans. No need to try and cut parchment paper from a tube to try and make it fit your pan size. No more parchment paper curing up and not fitting your springform pans. I now need not worry about any sticking. Just place the parchment rounds in the pan and when the baking is done, left with ease. Makes clean up a breeze. Well worth the money.

No more cutting out wax paper circles to line my cake pans! These are perfectly sized for my 9 inch pans, and the quality of the parchment paper is the best. I also like that they come in a resealable plastic pouch which keeps them flat and easily accessible. These baking circles are also great for use with my tortilla press while also keeping the tortilla press clean.

I have baked two cakes with these parchment paper circles so far and they really make the layers come out of my 8 inch cake pans very well. The first cake I made with them was an extremely delicate cake and it came out of the pans with no trouble at all! I was worried that it would fall apart coming out of the pans but these circles made it very easy to get them out of the pans intact. They work very well indeed!

I had grown weary of cutting rolled parchment to fit. These are a massive time saver! Parchment underlayment goes a long way to helping produce great-looking cakes. Thanks Kana Lifestyle!

A bit pricey, but oh the convenience! A significant time saver, especially during the holiday baking rush. No longer have to fight with a curling piece of roll parchment, trace and cut. A slight quibble: not all my nine inch baking pans conform to the pre-cut dimensions of the product. Will buy again.

Bought these for our air fryer for easy clean up and they're amazing. Great little packaging too to keep them organized. Thought it was expensive for just parchment paper but it really is worth the time saved from making my own little parchment squares. Love that they're eco friendly as well as they're compostable in my city.
