Good depth of flavour
I really enjoy fruit teas but was intrigued to see how a loose leaf compared to a bag. Preparing it is a bit more work as there was some improvisation required but making in one cup then running through a coffee filter in another worked just fine. I used 2 teaspoons of tea which isn’t that much in relation to how much is in the bag so I’ll get plenty of cups out of it and I added a little bit of honey for sweetness. After leaving a good five minutes it was a very good colour as you can see and it definitely has more strength of flavour than my teabags usually do. The flavour is more hint of mango and I’m not quite sure what else but I do really like the taste either way!

Tastes of Mango and tea, make a nice refreshing afternoon drink.
I got this as I do like a nice cuppa in the afternoon, but sometimes fancy a change from a mug of 'builders'. This is a nice tasting tea were you can certainley taste the Mango. You'll need to experiment a little with times and amounts, but I found less is certainley more with this.

Not bad at all
Surprisingly I prefer less of it and two spoons is enough for a good cup

Reminds me of dish soap smell-wise. Tastes ok.
Item being reviewed: Tropical Mango Fruit Tea - loose leaf herbal tea - 100g.Price at time of order / review: £6.69.You're only getting 100g of dried fruit and flowers to make tea from. That strikes me as a bit pricey. And the smell is ... odd. It reminds me of dish soap. The taste is not the best thing I've ever had. And I swear I tasted coconut in it even though that isn't listed in the ingredients. My husband thought it tasted ok. It's not bad, and I'll finish the bag of tea. Doubtful that I'll ever get it again though. Give it a shot though. Your tastes may not be the same as mine.

Refreshing fruity tea!!
It is a refreshing fruit tea. It has a really fruity aroma and scent, and the flavor is surprisingly subtle compared to the scent. Although I don’t mind the flavor, you can add more if you want. That’s a good thing about loose tea. It’s a refreshing tea, especially after a heavy meal.

Tropical Mango Fruit Tea
This product was sent to me to review, as part of Amazon Vine. Below is my own real-world experience of using it.It comes as a loose leaf mixture, in a pouch which has a ziplock fastening that is secure enough to retain the freshness of the contents within. Opening the pouch itself is very pleasant, as the fruity aroma hits you immediately.I brewed 2 teaspoons worth using a small sieve, for a few minutes. Once finished, the tea had a vivid red colour, which seems to come directly from one of the ingredients. I did notice that these pieces have colour run as soon as they become wet, so you should take extra care not to get them on your clothes.Unfortunately, the flavour was not to my personal taste - the citrus notes were way too strong, and felt ‘tangy’ on my tongue. I could taste the mango, but it was overpowered by the citrus. My husband, on the other hand, actually did like it, and even commented on how full-bodied it was. It just goes to show how taste can be subjective. In summary, a good value and unusual drink.

Lovely aroma, muddled flavour
This tea is a bit confusing. It smells fantastic, especially if you dip your nose into the resealable bag, with an aroma dominated by the lemon with a bit of the mango. Your nose tells you you’re going to get a strong but refreshing citrus tea.But the taste is a bit of a mess. Mango, apple and lemon make for an odd mix, and there’s seemingly a reason why that combination doesn’t crop up often in fruit juices. There’s not enough mango, or maybe not enough strength in the mango when brewed, for it to really dominate and make a mango-flavoured tea. Instead it’s a sort of apple-meets-lemon combo that just doesn’t end up feeling like a good idea. The colour is unexpected too. It has the deep red colour of a hibiscus tea, specifically one of those supermarket-grade or own-brand red fruit teas which is mostly just hibiscus with a bit of scent on it. The colour doesn’t match either the smell or the taste, and it somehow manages to end up looking a bit artificial, like a blackcurrant squash rather than a tea. It’s nicely, if simply, presented. The resealable bag reseals well and has a good wide opening, which is easy to scoop out of. It looks fairly posh and it’s decently eco-friendly.If the flavour had lived up to the promise of the smell, this would have been a five star review. For 100g, the asking price of over six quid is also a little steep for what’s included.
