just beautiful
I LOVE my water crystal! Actually this is the second one I have bought. The first was so pretty that I had to buy a second as a gift, it was also very well received. Make sure you have a lot of sunlight to shine it in, otherwise you are not going to get the beautiful rainbows. The quality and craftmanship are spot on and the item arrives in a timely manner and shipped very carefully.I will be purchasing a larger one after I have access to more money and sunlight :)Go for it.

Don't expect rainbows shooting across your room
While this is attractive and seems to be well made, it basically just hangs in the window and the only rainbow effect is if you stare into the glass just right.

Not what we expected.
This it is not what we expected at all. There is not much to look at. Just a few small spots of color that adds nothing to the room. Everyone who has seen it , are not impressed. Wish I could return it.

disappointed
I bought this prism as a gift for my sister's birthday. She lives in CT and I live in WA. I wanted to give her a rainbow everyday when she saw this. I then decided to buy one for myself so the rainbow would start at her place on the east coast and end at my place on the west coast. Not literally of course, but just each time we witnessed the colors casting light on our walls we would have a "sister moment". Not so much. The thing just hangs there. No Rainbow. No light. No nothing. Tried it in several different locations around my house and same result. Sister said the same. Maybe it needs to go outside? I don't know. Just don't expect much from this if you buy it. Sorry.

wish it was motorized to turn
It looked nice, and did reflect rainbow colors. It would work better if it was motorized to turn, so it would really throw out the rainbow colors. When it just hanging still, it does not reflect colors as much as when it is moving. My expectations were too high. I was hoping for colors dancing around the room.

Beeyoutiful rainbow maker!!
It produces many rainbows which are deeper in color than the average prism - in all different directions! I have bought several for special people and they all love them. A unique gift....

Pix too small to serve any function
Pix too small. Not a spinner no spinner device included so no light movement just stationary light spots

nice, but little rainbows
I bought it hoping for nice rainbows, but it hardly produces any. however, I it is a nice sculpture art (not as nice, though, as Crystal Star - Glass Prism Ornament, ASIN: B0020PA378). I would have given it 3.5 stars b/c it does not project good rainbows and that is what I was looking for.
