Did not meet our expectations. Very light weight and is not fit to be a back support as it claims.Wanted to return the item and some courier company was coming to pick it up for return but in the end they never came and the item couldn’t he returned. Amazon made it very difficult by putting a restriction of 10 days for return which could not be arranged given the limited time.Now the item is useless and occupying unnecessary space at home!WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

Product is good and comfortable but quality is not upto the mark. I can see stitching threads coming out.

The chair is very useful for patients who are suggested to bed rest. I got very comfortable in just using it after an hour. The overall experience was good.
