The box, as indicated in the pictures, contains the power adaptor, a training belt, 16 hydrogel pads, 2 wing shaped patch, 3 controllers, 1 3-in-1 charging cable, and an instruction leaflet which has a very small font.CONSTRUCTIONS:- The instruction leaflet has very small fonts, 4 languages: English, UK, Spanish and French.- The training belt is made of a high quality Plastic thin film.- The 3 controllers each has a dimension of 2x2in square with control buttons on top.- The 16-hydrogel spare pads each has film covers. All the pads have same size and design to cover the conductor’s beads on the main belt.- The 2 wing shaped patches are used for small areas like the calves, arms, shoulders.- The charging cable has one USB end and split into 3 USB-C ends for each controller.OPERATIONS/CONTROL FUNCTIONS:- The cordless feature provide convenience of moving around during operations- There is not much of installations other than plugging the controller into the belt.- The instructions are a bit confusing. It fails to mention that the belt conducting points have already covered with conducting jells and that the 16 hydrogels are just for spares.- The posting and the actual instruction was different in that the controller has only 6 massage modes each with 9 levels of intensity.- I recommend the user to snap the controller onto the belt upside down in order to look down for ease of operations. The controller electrodes has single polarities.- The special rechargeable battery on each controller will last for 2 months depend on how often the usages on a single charge.- There is a red charging status indicator on the controller and it will goes out when fully charged.OVERALL IMPRESSION:- Overall, I really like the conveniences and effectiveness of using this abs toning belt for good health and comfort of muscle tensions reliefs. I felt much better and relaxed after every session. It’s going to be a keeper for me and 5-stars rating would be appropriate. Hope you will enjoy this toning belt as much as I did, best wishes.

It has only 9 intensity even at the highest does not do any thing. would have given negative stars if I could. waste of money.

It is utterly annoying that this thing does not stick on, I'd have to bandage it around my arms for it to stay on. The same on my abs, the top part never sticks on, the lower part I hold in place with some tight leggins

After trying out the SHENGMI Abs Muscle Training Belt at my gym, I was intrigued enough to snag one for myself to use at home. It’s like my little secret for working on my abs without anyone knowing!Setting it up was a breeze, and the fact that it’s rechargeable means I’m not constantly searching for batteries. It’s super handy for multitasking too—I can wear it while I’m doing housework or just lounging around.It comes with eight different modes, which is great because I can switch things up depending on how intense I want the session to be. Every time I use it, my stomach feels noticeably tighter afterwards. I’m not 100% convinced it’s sculpting my abs into a six-pack, but there’s definitely something happening, which is pretty cool.I’m still evaluating whether the results are long-lasting. But as far as adding an extra kick to my fitness routine from the comfort of my home? It’s definitely delivering. If you’re curious about techy fitness gadgets, this one might be worth a try.

It definitely gave my abs a run for the money! I tried every level from 1-9 and the levels were great!! I kept it in a level 4 and it the comfort level was good. I could feel it working but it didn’t hurt at all. The one thing I do wish it had is a strap that connects and locks in the side straps. Other than that it’s worth the buy!
