Q: Is it suitable for a newborn?

No, baby needs to hold head up better as wobbles when you walk. We used from over 3 months. Baby is happy in it for long periods when we go hillwalking!

Q: Can i use this whilst pushing a pram? or do i need to hold it?

I found that when my baby was very small I liked to hold his head into me for extra security, so if you are able to push and control your pram with one hand then its fine. When using it with a slightly bigger baby they tend to fall slightly forward (when facing out) so again you tend to hold then into your body..... hope this helps

Q: Is this for new born baby

You can use it for a newborn but I wouldn't recommend it as if your baby is small it may be too big even when you tighten the sides, it'll be difficult to get a newborn in by yourself, it gets easier as little one gets bigger. I started using when my little one was about 3 weeks - 1 month old
