I love this soap dispenser! I bought it to replace an old chrome dispenser & to match a new brushed nickel faucet - it's perfect!! The quality, size, size of the bottle & color is very nice. The price was extremely reasonable also.

It’s bigger than I expected. Easy to install and does the job.

The installation was pretty easy took maybe 5 minutes to get it installed. The pump is hard to get soap out. So performance wise not all that great. It looks good with my faucet as it’s the same material. The size is a bit smaller than I expected. Seems cheaply made.Update. After talking with the company (who reached out to me) I changed my 1 star to a 4 star because of their customer support.

This dispenser works and serves the intended purpose. However, it is not very sturdy, so you need to use it carefully. As another reviewer pointed out, do not push down on the spout to dispense soap. Press on the top of the plunger instead. I thought this unit included a funnel to assist in filling, but mine did not come with one. I used a small funnel I already had. Filling it is not a fast process because the bottle neck to too small. If you used very thin soap, it would probably fill faster. I filled mine with regular liquid hand soap and am able to pump it out without a problem. I installed a new faucet that left the old side sprayer hose hole empty. This unit looks nice and covers the hole in my sink top.
