I would say Fruit Punch is almost like drinking a syrup. I don't mind the strong taste as much as I dislike the smell that lingers in your breath. Surprisingly that smell of Fruit Punch flavor stays in the shaker forever even after countless thorough washes. However, the Green Apple flavor is delicious. Both of them taste artificial but green apple is still pretty appealing and feels nice to consume daily.PERFORMANCE: The boost of energy it gives is decently good and there's no crash after the workout.DIGESTION: So far I have not faced any digestion issues. Infact, I must share that people who consume black coffee for similar caffeine boost face more bloating and stomach issues.AUTHENTICITY: Also the product can easily be verified for authenticity on the official ON website using the code on the box.

It will make you monster in gym and your stamina will increase plus sexual performance will be greaaaattttttt. I could last long an hour both in gym and bed….. quality, authenticity, focus, energy

Fruit punch flavor is great but be sure to eat something before consuming or else it won't have any effect. Do not consume before going to bed.
