It’s a bit stiff and I know I can take some of the inside out but I’ve let it be because it’s good support. I also love the hinoki scent. I’m not usually a back sleeper, yet I am able to more often with this. It’s helping my neck pain from poor sleeping habits/bad pillows/computer work. And, again, the smell is pleasant and not overwhelming. It seems to be made well, looks and feels good, and I thank JK for introducing us to his nap pillow! And thanks to the company for the nice printed note in the package.

Pillow arrived in good condition and as described. Came with extra JK photocards as freebies. The pillow is more on the firm side, which I like. It might not be for you if you prefer the soft and more plush kind of pillow. It's also the perfect height (not too high or low) and it has a removable cover for easy washing.

Seller was so nice I live where it snows and the packaging was so good the pillow wasn't wet also I got 2 photo cards of JK!! The Large Pillow is great smells so amazing, it's almost like a tea!! Really comfortable if u like a harder pillow it's perfect it's not like feather pillows where u wake up with pain!! Great buy!!

Very happy with this pillow! It’s great that you can adjust the level of firmness but the best part is the beautiful fabric and pattern. (Was a bonus to get the two JK cards that I’ll love to add to my collection!)

I honestly got this bc JK slept so soundly on it. It’s seriously really comfortable and provides great neck support when sleeping.
