There is no mention of anything on the label other that hickory smoked salt, so I would think not.

Is this salt really ground fine?

It's not as fine as some I have used but I consider it fine. It is about the same as Morton salt. I use both coarse and fine for cooking and always pick it for finishing over my coarse blends.
