Not quite firmly fitting
The barrel adapter seems to be too long, or somehow different dimensions, as it does not fully connect with hp device, and does not power device. You will need a proper PD charger for this to operate, but for me it didn't work (while other short usb-c female to barrel converter adapters worked with the same setup).
