Serving size is 4g. or one scoop. But they don't give you a scoop. I searched the entire can to make sure it was not lost in the bottom somewhere, but it's just not there. So just know you have to use your kitchen scale to weigh a serving size. Ridiculous.

It’s only purple potato powder and no other ingredients or artificial flavors or colors, it’s wonderful has a beautiful color and very soft texture. I like it very much.

Tastes great but used amount in recipe and came out dark purple almost look chocolate.

I love this purple sweet potato powder. The fact that it's all natural without all the additives. The color is vibrant and beautiful. The plastic, screw lid container is nice and keeps it fresh. I've added it to cakes and it provides the color without changing the taste. Great stuff!

This arrived slightly dented, but I greatly appreciate the metal vacuum sealed top to help ensure freshness. The taste is subtle and according to the nutritional instructions, one scoop, that's equal to 4grams, which is close to 3/4 of a teaspoon. I also wish there was more information as to what type of purple sweet potato it's made of. Is it ube? Is it a blend? The powder is fine and dissolves fairly easily, and it seems like it could be a mix of potatoes but It's not super clear based on taste. Either way, I appreciate the fact that it doesn't have additives for coloring, like some companies that include beet juice to enhance the color of some ube products.Regardless, I'll have to play around with ratios in my baked goods, as I'm so used to using extracts and jams for ube breads, cakes, cookies and cheesecakes. Considering I'm running low on ube extract, and it's harder to get where I'm at, I will likely use up this whole tin just trying things out to make it work for me. Regardless, I'm excited to try to make some sweet potato lattes, and other noms! Only time will tell, but I'll report later if something doesn't work out so well with this!
