What you need
This works great. Would have loved it coming with my garbage disposal, however I understand the cost savings. Not too many garbage disposals these days are directly wired, so I needed this. Price was good and easy to install.

Great to use if your Insinkerator is not hard wired
This is a nice component to use on the Insinkerator Garbage Disposal if your unit isn’t hard wired. No wiring necessary because it plugs into the adapter at the bottom of the Insinkerator.

This garbage disposal has a great reputation!
When our plumber came to install it, he said, "oh yeah -- this is one of the best garbage disposals you can buy." We knew then that we had made a good choice! And as soon as we turned it on and heard how quiet but powerful it was, we were double assured!

Fantastic accessory, must have.
It works perfectly as described. Less than two minutes and it's connected and ready to go. I would recommend this to anyone else installing a garbage disposal if ther application will allow it.

Makes the disposal installation a snap.
Bought this cord unit to install a new Insinkerator disposal. Makes the job faster, easier and I'm lazy. Excellent quality (as expected) and fit perfectly.In all fairness, you can install your disposal without this cord assembly, but this save time. Click, snap, done, vs. @##$%.

Great quality
Why the disposal doesn't come with a cord blows my mind but so glad that I was able to find this cord. The cord looks and feels like great quality, 100% worth the buy over trying to hunt it down in stores.

Needed with Insinkerator Garbage Disposal
Love that Amazon has a discounted package the includes the cord which you definitely need to install the disposal. Contractor amazed I got both, said most people assume that the cord is included.
