Attractive, airtight, durable, perfect dry storage containers
I’m very happy with these containers, we have a tiny pantry in our house that is also the laundry room. We have a few shelves and that’s it. Items always end up on the dryer or get so crowded that I can’t find anything.I bake quite a lot and try to buy larger quantities of dry ingredients and our tiny pantry was a nightmare.I washed the set by hand and then filled the containers and used chalkboard stickers labels. They are nicer and have a better seal than OXO containers on things like flour. They are also durable, I’ve accidentally dropped them and they didn’t crack or shatter. They look more attractive than similar containers and are a lot less expensive than OXO.If you bake and cook a lot, a single set won’t be enough for all of your baking and dry ingredients. I have 2 sets and also use glass gallon sized mason jars to store various types of flour. My only complaint is the size arrangement, when you buy the large set you receive a few containers that are so tiny they are essentially worthless to store dry goods. I wish the 2 smallest sizes would be replaced with a larger container so they don’t go to waste. Why do all Tupperware type containers always come with so many teeny tiny containers that are only good for a serving of salad dressing or peanut butter? I’m sure I’m not the only one with a huge drawer filled with tiny storage containers that never get used and are impossible to keep organized. Another small issue is that some of the tall but very narrow containers are too small to fit a measuring cup into, making the process of getting the desired amount out much messier than I’d like. Overall I’m happy with them and am glad I’ve been able to reduce the number of bags crowding my pantry.

MADE IN USA - BPA FREE!
Lives up to it's 5-star reviews!*MADE IN USA*Crystal clear stain-resistant BPA-FREE plastic*Airtight lids with gasket*Extra tall and large size containersI replaced all my food storage plastics with glass years ago. However, I needed plastic storage containers for pantry/dry goods. I've tried other brands that crack for no reason, don't seal well or weren't tall enough for pasta noodles. This set had all the pieces I needed for my dry goods. Smaller sizes are perfect for my Himalayan salt, dried chili pods and sugar packets. A little pricey up front but well worth it. The plastic is so clear it looks like glass! The lids have a nice gasket and provide an airtight seal to keep item's fresh. It's cheaper to buy this set than individual pieces. I buy pasta in bulk and bought this set specifically for the tall containers to hold my spaghetti noodles and rice. One container easily holds 5-pounds of pasta. The only issue might be the height of some containers may not fit in your cabinets without some adjustment of your shelves.Other than that - zero complaints!

Recommended sizes and comparisons to other brands
I rely heavily on reviews and thought I’d share mine so others can avoid spending a week researching brands/sizes to buy for pantry reorganizing!Brilliance vs. OXO: I’ve had both and I prefer Brilliance by FAR. OXO is a pain to wash and the seal was terrible. OXO was a contributing factor to The Great Pantry Moth Invasion of 2016, which I barely survived. Believe me, they are not air tight even when being careful to keep the seal clean. As far as appearance goes, I prefer the cleaner, sleek look of Brilliance over OXO which look clunky by comparison.Brilliance vs. glass: So, I love glass containers and have had them, still have a few. I use mostly the pint size wide mouth Mason jars for leftovers in my fridge, along with the Country Kitchen lids sold here on amazon. I have other larger jars but find they use more space than Brilliance, and they are rough on my hands which now have early onset arthritis. The glass ones are heavy and that’s a problem for me. So Brilliance wins!Brilliance vs. ME.FAN: The plastic off-gas from ME.FAN is so strong I can’t imagine ever using those containers for anything edible. Seriously, I can’t stress how badly they smell of plastic, it would ruin your food, not to mention your health. The ones I bought along with the Brilliance are going to be returned immediately to amazon. No odor at all from Brilliance.Best sizes: I included a photo of some of my Pasta now in Brilliance containers, you’ll need the 16 cup size for large pastas like the Large Shells in the pic, also if you keep large amounts of a particular type, get the 16 cup. There’s about 3 or 4 lbs of elbows in the other large container. The medium size 4.7 cup size is good only for partial or half boxes, the 7.8 cup container (I think it’s the brown sugar size) is really the most useful size for random small sized pastas. I’ve got 1 lb. of Orzo (one box) in the 7.8 cup, and a box of Penne in the other 7.8. This is also the best size for a bag of cornmeal, and most of my pantry items and I’ll be buying more from open stock. The spaghetti boxes are super tall and don’t fit on the shelf in my photo, but I have another place for them. I thought I’d use those containers for most pastas but they’re so tall I prefer the 16 cup and 7.8 sizes. The cereal container is MAGIC. It easily holds one bag from the ginormous box from Costco, those boxes contain 2 bags so if you want to store the entire Costco box of cereal you’ll need 2 Brilliance cereal containers. Love it!The flour size container perfectly holds a 5 lb bag of flour, and the sugar container is a really useful size for crackers, etc. as well as sugar. Note: Confectioner’s sugar is larger by volume than brown sugar, so you need a larger container to hold a full box. I have three pounds of confectioner’s sugar which I placed in the full size sugar container, there’s still some room but for the 3 lbs I had, I could not go smaller and get it all to fit.The flatter shaped containers work best for fridge storage, I think.I bought a few stainless steel scoops to hang in the pantry for easy use getting the items out. You don’t really need them but you need to keep the seal from getting food on it or it won’t maintain the seal as well.6.6 cup tall container is good for Twizzlers!Cons: Brilliance can scratch if you drop it on a stone counter. I can’t even see the scratches once I filled it, it wasn’t bad so I’m ok with it. I dropped 3 empty containers on my wood floor and was terrified.... but not only did they not break, they didn’t even scratch!

Good quality
It's a little bit expensive for containers but totally worth it, I had food mites and had to put my food in containers and they're working very well.

Expensive but worth it as a longer term investment
The units themselves are wonderful. The air vent is very handy for flour and other powdery contents as it doesn’t fly everywhere when you close it. The snaps are easy to do up and undo. The lid is tight but not too tight where it’s difficult to remove. They look really nice to display. The only thing I don’t like is the tall skinnier ones, which is probably meant for pastas and alike but I prefer to keep mine in bags. I wish it came with more 16 or 12 cup containers. Hate that it’s absurdly expensive to buy them separately so you have to buy bundles and potentially not use a few of them. That said, I did buy a different set (wish I saw it the first time) that has way more 16 and 12 containers.
