I purchased this as a replacement for the gum we were chewing once I learned how much plastic is in chewing gum. This is supposed to be a safer option and I knew it was going to be exactly like regular chewing gum. It’s is OK but instead, I’ve chosen to give up chewing gum rather than switch over.

Pretty good as far a natural gum goes. Ordered variety 6 pack and got three boxes of garden mit and the boxes of peppermint, no peach as advertised. Garden mint is more what I would call peppermint and peppermint is more menthol/cool/ice mint

great tastes in the variety pack. Love the clean ingredients without microplastics that are found in other chewing gums! The overpackagung and presentationis a bit much and probably contributes to the cost which is a bit high even for healthier gum. I love the i gredients, i could care less about the boxing

I wanted to try a more gum-looking gum than simply gum (another chicle-based gum). I've never tried Simply gum's other gum flavors besides mint so I can't compare, but Refresh Gum's mint flavor was great! The mint was very powerful which I loved. It didn't last very long but thats standard with chicle gums. I hope this gum gets popular because the less plastic people spit out into the trash the better. I'd say out of the three flavors, I liked Peppermint best, then cinnamon, then rasberry. The cinnamon wasn't as strong as peppermint (it honestly tasted more like a pumpkin spice than cinnamon to me) but it was good. The Rasberry was my least favorite - tasted great at first but the taste went away quickly. Overall I'm glad there are more chicle-based gums and I hope Refresh Gum has great success! The Mint gum was the bomb!

The gum itself is good, but it’s pretty expensive. Trader Joe’s has a similar product that tastes almost as good and is much less expensive.
