Returning this item is such a hassle. I dropped it off at the Post Office and it got sent back to my house with a sticker saying there is no such address to send it to. I suggest you not purchase this item unless you are 100% sure you want this backpack. I also suggest you read and consider the other reviews before buying (which was my mistake). The material of this backpack is suede. The zippers do feel cheap and are plastic. I hope this helps!
