I got this to go with the kitchen aid mixer I got for my kids for Christmas and they love it. They have been grinding up deer meat all evening

Been wanting a grinder for my mixer but they are too expensive. Got this on for review and immediately ground some beef, lamb, and pork for meatloaf. Easy to set up and the inserts are simple to change out to get the right grind size for your meats. Cleaning is a bit fiddly but that's to be expected for the first time as you have to make sure its very clean before you put it up so bacteria does not grow.

Haven't used it yet. Made in China somewhat disappointed me as I was expecting an OEM version. I have no doubt it will work. The impulse to purchase was price based now to hope for a true value when I finally use it

I’m not a heavy user of this meat grinder, or other words, I don’t do a lot of hunting, but I do like to buy meat from a store and grind my own. With that in mind, this meat grinder is one of the better ones that I have seen. It attaches easily to the KitchenAid mixer. It does an excellent job of grinding, and does not get stuck in a crevices of the grinder. The power that the KitchenAid is able to provide to the grinder, and the design of the grinder, makes a powerful combinationThe different attachments that are included, including the sausage attachment, make it easy to grind all types of meats in various ways. I especially like mixing seasoning while I am grinding hamburger meat is it integrates the flavor into each patty that I make.Considering KitchenAid attachments, I think the price of about $100 for the grinder, including all the attachments that it has, is adequate. At this point, I highly recommend this grinder.

Item is made from all metal which is nice and should last a good while. I've so far ground frozen pieces of brisket and sirloin with no issues and no parts have been damaged. The fitment is nice and should have no problem working with any kitchenaid models as the accessory port is all the same size.

A handy accessory for your name brand stand mixer. Allows you to grind meat into burger, make bulk sausage and/or stuff sausage links. Easy to operate, store, and clean.

I havent tried it yet but quality looks decent. It is stainless steel and it doesnt seem like there are any seams inside. It appears to be all metal. The tray to feed the meat seems cheap but the body itself seems decent. Will update again once I use it.

I used this grinder attachment on my stand mixer for the first time. It attached easily enough, and worked perfectly! I ground some meat to make jerky from a recent deer harvest. I used the large hole plate first, then ran the meat through again using the small hole plate. The fine grind worked perfectly for the jerky!I didn't use the sausage attachment yet, but look forward to that soon. This is not a complicated attachment to use, and cleanup was fairly easy afterward. I washed everything by hand because I didn't want anything to begin to rust. This is not OEM, but for the price and how often I may use it, it will do nicely.

Well, it is hunting season, with that comes a lot of work! This grinder is so handy to have around! It has different sizes or coarsenesses of grinding plates which has bee nice to have on butchering days! My husband will use his big fancy grinder to do up the bulk of the meat and I will use this little one on my mixer to do some finer ground for when I want to make fussier dishes. It all seems like good quality and it works well. My mixer is getting pretty tired so i made sure to send smaller chunks through and it had no problem powering the grinder. It goes together, comes apart, and washes well.

Wife loves it, great purchase. Buying stainless steel is definitely worth it. No more metal dust and fat oozing through the blades!!!

The attachment fits perfectly into my Kitchen Aid mixer. The main griding unit is made of heavy material and feels of good quality. The tray that attaches to the top is not as heavy and seems to be made of light steel. My usage was to make ground beef to make burgers. It was easy to attach all parts. I turned my machine on the lowest setting and easily was able to grind my steaks. It took no real effort at all and it grounded with no problems at all. My steaks were cold but not frozen before grinding. Clean up was easy. You can easily disassemble and wash each part separately.This is just a FYI. I am not sure if it's just me, but when I was griding my steaks, there was some liquid splatter, and this was on the lowest speed setting. Despite that which I don't think it's the fault of the product, this is a great grinder.

My stand mixer is my baby, and up until this point I've only used its name brand accessories with it, but I'm on a budget and really wanted to meat grinder so when I came across this option I figured I would give it a try. I'm so happy I did!The part fits perfectly into my mixer and works seamlessly as if it were made by the brand name. The attachments are great and the accessories are very well made and sturdy as well.I recently started making relish and this grinder is going to be a game changer in my vegetable prep. I used to use a box grater but being able to chop up my veg and throw it through this grinder will save me a decent amount of time on prep.Overall I am very pleased and can't wait to use it more!
