Good for so much more than pulled pork.
When shredding pork, I find it easiest to hold them backwards (so the points curl the opposite way to your fist). But don't just use these for shredding meat. They're great for moving any kind of meat joint for a Sunday roast, as well as a much better way to hold meat still whilst carving.Well put together, seem sturdy. But remember, handwash only.
