This is a real good buy but you do have to get the free shipping to get a deal. If ur going to get something else that quilifys then thats perfect and the price at 11bucks for 250caps is great! I use 5 different forms of Arginines since I lift weights its helps more oxagen get into my body! I use this product as a base line product just to keep my arginine levels higher. I recommend if ur serious about lifting than use at least 3 different arginines. The best ones to use and the blend of arginines in this are strong and can help and be used as a pre-workout supplement as well due to the strengh and PUMP it can give the user! The first one is (AAKG) second is L-Arginine base monohydrate and the third one is Arginine Ketoisocaproate. Anyways, I love this product tho but if using please remember to get the very best results since each cap is only 500mg, use and take at least 2 caps once to twice a day or however ur doctor or trainer tells u to use it- I take 3 caps daily spread out throughout the day and also take other Nitric Oxide boosting supplements like Mass NRG's Peak, Blacklisted N.O. and similar supp's like those- All of these can be found of Amazon.com except the Mass NRG's PEAK is like 65bucks a bottle and has to be ordered trough a Mass NRGs company. I don’t normally leave reviews but I when I find something works I will leave one in hopes that it will help someone.Things I noticed after a few days of taking just 500 mg a day:1. More virility in the mornings2. More energy to get through my morning workouts which made me want to be more consistent with morning workouts3. I also noticed lower heart rate numbers on the treadmill after taking this for a few days.I hope this helps someone that needs or want help in these areas.
