The item is good, if the fitting is extended to suit various neck size,it is heavy with 1.7 kg if the shoulder or neck used for elderly people. It can be good if modified,but the price us very reasonable for the item

The massager is not suited to different neck sizes, and this means that its grip on the neck/shoulder is highly ineffective. The images show wide massager that seems like it can cover a vast area on the upper body, and that it can seemingly target sore areas exactly. Unfortunately, it was quite the opposite for me. I am a thin-build, and it absolutely missed all the spots and could only reach the center of the back. My mother who has a wider neck and shoulder also felt it was useless and felt nothing. Overall, it is only able to hit one spot, which is the center of your upper back, and literally no where else. So unless that's where your pain is, this massager and others like it are too small, heavy and don't reach any other place on your upper back. I have clinically diagnosed cervical issues and desperately wanted to be massaged in places on the neck, base of the skull and lower neck. The images show like the massage gets to these spots, but big fat lie! Just collecting dust in my cupboard now.

I have suffered from neck pain for a few years now, and it's been really difficult to find relief from that pain. I have tried heating pads and topical pain relief creams. I was a little skeptical after searching for a neck massager because I wasn't sure it was going to feel good or hit the areas that I need it in the most, but I was pleasantly surprised with this neck massager. It isn't very heavy and it's very easy to adjust the strap so that it stays in place where you want to focus the massage and heat. I also really like the fact that it's rechargeable so that you don't have to worry about dragging a cord around with you. I'm able to walk around the house while having this on. The parts that move on the massager line up right on the sides of my neck where I need the most pain relief. The only thing I wish is that the actual arms warmed up instead of just the middle part of the neck massager. Other than that it is pretty spot on for exactly what I needed. It's also great because it's not very bulky and it is easy to pack away and transport if you have to travel like I do. Overall, I think this is a really good purchase. If you're looking for a simple but effective neck massager, it almost feels like someone is using their hands to massage your neck. I use it almost daily now since I've gotten it.
