The Hamilton gas fire is great value for money easy to assemble great heat output lightweight and very durable

The front looks really good….but not happy with the rear of the unit, when I last purchased a basic unit it had a rear door covering the gas bottle, at the price your charging I would have expected a cover for the gas bottle not a 4” 3 bar plastic grid,it also arrived with a large dent to the side of the unit, I was considering ordering 2 more units but will probably look a little more closely to the advertising,I’m not too happy with the experience Kind regards Sharon Burton

Great little heater and with the flame effect

Good buy looks good pleased with it all round heats room well highly recommend it. Value for money. Can’t do video or photo as l am 82 and not great with technology unfortunately but delivery was quick driver very obliging.

Great product, looks good and works great, heat output is remarkable with no smell from behind the glass front. Have had room condensation problems with past fires but not with this one, which is probably because of the glass front. Slight problem lighting it for the first time, contacted the supplier by telephone and received friendly helpful and positive assistance. Problem may have been the regulator, however, after the call all was rectified and has continued to work fully.
