Very effective and easy to apply.
I have use this product before on my shed roof, great waterproofing and obviously reflecting on dry. Easy to apply buy can be messy, use basic PPE gloves eye protection and old clothes. Beat applied in dry conditions. I decanted into a paint tray for easier application on my shed roof. I have now bought some more of this product to coat my new shed roof.

Preserves and protects
We use annually to protect the surface of a flat extension roof. After 25years it has proved to be well worth the effort. Surface has remained intact and waterproof. Easily applied with a soft longhandled brush eg floor brush so no awkward crawling about. Well worth the effort.

Easy to use product
Easy paint to use, the roof of the office now shines. Does it reduce the heat in the office ?? That's very hard to tell, as there are so many factors at work here. What I can say is it certainly reflects the sun light and has provided a strong protective coat to the felt roof.

Easy to apply and does a good job.
Thais roof paint is easy to apply and really does the job. Best results with two coats. Dries nice a silvery, but goes grey over time. Make sure the surface is dry and free from dust or moss etc. I give my workshop roof a fresh coat each year before winter. JD

Flat out!
Had this in my shed for a long time but when we had the hot weather thought it the idea time works well enough and drys quickly the only thing l would recommend is to mix it very well all the pigment sinks to the bottom.I used a mixing paddle in a cordless drill and it did the job well plus l mixed it each time l added more paint to my paint tray buy a cheap roller and throw it away at the end as it needs to be cleaned with white spirit it's cheaper to get rid of the roller!

Very watery silver paint.
Was very surprised how watery the liquid was, I bought it to fill the cracks in the bitumen felt on my flat roof, waste of time, it's not even as thick as emulsion paint and is same thickness as water. Turns silvery when dry, so it's only use is to reflect the sun and nothing else.

Goes on easily and survived a heavy hail shower not long after application!
Surprisingly thin, like a bucket of white spirit someone had cleaned a silver paint brush in!Went on easily on fresh new roofing felt panels, really stretched far but the older ones that had lost their top green coat required more effort. Needs a second coat, mainly the old roofing sheets but first looks good. Just waiting for the heat to return to see the benefit.Used a 2" or 50cm brush because of corrugation and running repairs, (hard graft)!
