Grandma Entwistle's Lancashire Sauce 150ml

This for me has a fantastic flavour with cheese in stews soups lovely

I discovered this flavourful sauce after finding some Lancashire Sauce crisps at an event in Manchester. This is a very versatile sauce that can be used across a variety of food types, either as part of the cooking process or as an addition once the food is served. Delicious!

We love this sauce! We used to be able to buy in in Ireland, but since Brexit can’t find any stockists here, so we have to import it from UK. That’s how much we like it!

Great to add a bit of flavour, needs to be more common. However, it does contain wheat so it's not for me anymore.Ingredients. Water, Acetic Acid, Caramel (E150C), Spices, Turmeric, Fenugreek, Coriander, Wheat Flour (Gluten), Chilli, Fennel, Cumin, Onion, Celery seed, Dark Soft Brown Sugar, Mustard Flour, Salt, Garlic.

The best sauce for pies, sauces, steaks, hard to get hold of so was pleased I could get via Amazon, far better than Worcestershire sauce and even beat Henderson's - hard to believe!!!

Makes a change from Worcestershire Sauce.

Someone at work pointed me towards this. Well worth a try if you like a hint of curry. Seems to work well with chicken etc and to be honest not found anything that it doesn't work with. Just remember to give it a good shake before use.
