Chip in mug
This mug is very nice, but mine came with a chip in it, despite being packaged in a box. Made for quite an awkward Christmas present.

Very poor finish, awful lack of quality control.
The cup look likes it should really be a second, and not full price. There is an error in the print, an error in the texture of the cup and a tiny nick in the bottom. Quality control clearly not good, for what is not a cheap cup by any means. Can't recommend.
