Excellent quality and fitted well!!!!

I wore the hat, scarf, gloves and pins performing “Sentimental Journey”. They loved it!

What a shame....the product is SUPER cute and it would have made for a great Halloween costume, as a flight attendant. However, had to return the first order and now will need to return the second. Both times the hat came crushed AND the chin strap is partially adhered under the inside lining....so it is not functional. Very disappointed....Do not understand why the manufacturer doesn't make these 2 simple fixes to the hat...

Perfect quality and quick delivery.

Hat was slightly dented in the back but not as badly as some of these other images posted. The fit of the hat is snug because the elastic band isn’t very long, I find it’s a better fit when I place the strap around my bun rather than under my chin. The glasses feel super cheap and had some slight scratches on the lenses but for a one - two time use, it’s sufficient. The pin backing seems like it could break with multiple pinning, it doesn’t slide on and off well and I actually thought I’d break it while trying to initially remove the clasp but it held up. The gloves and scarf are the most solid items in the kit, but I gave it 4 stars overall because for the price, it works and I didn’t expect flawless material for $14. The overall look is super cute! The issues with it are probably more of a delivery issue than a seller issue but seller could definitely improve packaging as well.
