The media could not be loaded. Extruder does not work. Packaging came in fine. Kudos to Amazon. Missing a part for the bed leveler. Can't contact them, they don't answer. Can't email them, they don't answer. I've uploaded a video where you can hear the extruder struggling. The gears doesn't even turn to reel on the filament! And good luck finding spare parts for this model, they don't exist. 1 star and 2 middle fingers for this company!

Quick and Easy to assemble, it only took me about 30minutes and was able to do it by myself! The gantry has guides it rests on that hold it upright while installing the 4 bolts. Nice feature for those of us that don't have someone able to help assemble the gantry. Only 10 bolts and 4 wires to connect (which are all just plug in). I probably could have done the assembly faster if the two bolt/thumb screws that hold the hot end in place during shipping were not so hard to remove... had to use plyers, as they were put in so tight they were actually bent! But other than that.. this printer was much faster to assemble than other printers of this size have been for me to do.This printer is also quite a bit lighter than most printers I have of the same larger (300x300mm bed size), but is as sturdy as can be!It has a nice LED display, and easy to reach USB port for software upgrades. The "SD" card that comes with it is actually a USB mini-dongle, making it easy to remove and add gcode to. (I always fumble with the mini-sd cards that I need to put into an adaptor to add gcode to them). There is a power switch on the front and another one on the back...The filament holder works with a full size filament spool, even tho it doesn't look like it would hold one. The footprint of this machine is 18.5 inches wide by 17.5 inches deep.The speed of this printer is pretty awesome, compared to the older machines I own, and the print quality is just as good as some of top brands of FDM printers out there.All I had to do was set the Z and start printing! Yes, you can manually level the bed if you need to, and the leveling screws have nice large wheels for easy adjustments!The slicer that comes with this printer is a version of Cura, so if you use Cura, you'll jump right in and start slicing your models for printing on this printer with no big learning curve! I was also able to easily add another printer into my preferred slicer, and change a few settings (mainly for speed) and slice my model in that slicer and start printing! It can be noisy when printing at the fastest speeds, but is really rather quiet when going just a bit slower than top speeds.With it's flex steel print bed plate, prints stick while printing and pop right off the cooled plate with just a quick twist of the plate.The display is easy to learn, babystep adjustments are supported for all the needed things... temp (bed/nozzle), Z, etc.One other nice feature is once your print has completed you have the option to "print again" right from the display screen.. vs scrolling thru gcode file names to find that print again and start it all over.

The product did not function properly. Bad prints. Returned a week ago and still haven't gotten my money back!! Warning if you order. No customer help at all. Very sad. Amazon call center was just as bad. They might end up losing a longtime customer.

The media could not be loaded. I had this printer up and running the included Benchy file in 20 minutes! The second you open the box you can see the thought put into this printer. Everything is packaged so precisely. The box was inside a box with corner protectors inside another box! The printer comes 90% pre-assembled. Lock in the z axis gantry, a few screws, connected a few cables and you're ready to print. The printer comes with a lot features other don't such as an ABL sensor, dual Z axis rods, baby stepping during printing, a double sided PEI print bed and more. Definitely recommend this printer.

The media could not be loaded. This 300x300x400mm bed slinger prints really good quality right out of the box. I already started on a helmet 3rd print in and it's coming out beautifully. The aftermarket support has been really good thus far within 12 hours I had a correct profile (the slicer it came with was buggy they sent me a new file within 12 hours). Putting on the gantry was a breeze they give you these neat little alignment towers which help keep it stable while screwing everything down. Half hour of assembly and you're good to go!
